Supply And Manufacture and Executive Drawings Of STEEL GIRDERS For Overpass Connecting Mohammad Al-Qasim Expressway with the Army Canal Road ( Al-Rustamiya).
Project consist of five girders bended in horizontal and vertical directions.
Each girder total length is approximately 148 m divided to 5 sections connected together by splice plates.
Girders manufactured as I section with total hight 2.2 m (built up sections) using plate (16,20,30,40,70,80mm) grade ST52.
Also manufacture all cross frames (L150*150*10mm) to connect girders in cross section together.
And install shear studs’ connectors in site.
